Two yeshiva students arrested in Old City of Jerusalem
Wednesday, February 8, 23:55 Two yeshiva students leaving a Tu B’Shevat tisch (gathering of Hassidim) hosted by Rav Morganstern at King David’s tomb on Mount Zion, Jerusalem were arrested on suspicion of “insulting a religion”. The two were taken to the Kishle Police Station. Honenu reports that the two were arrested at approximately 21:00 on a claim that they had insulted a member of the Christian clergy and will spend the night in remand.
