Thursday, June 30 14:00 Currently two young women who were arrested during the destruction of the Ramat Migron outpost yesterday morning were released at the Jerusalem Magistrate Court. The police issued a statement of prosecution according to which they intend to issue a charge sheet against the young women on the claim that they threw water and paint on policemen and were in a closed military zone. The police also requested an extension of their remand. During the deliberation it was clarified to Honenu attorney Naftali Wertzberger, who is representing the women, that in the military order it was written that entry and exit of the designated area would be forbidden, and therefore they had no choice but to remain on the site. At the end of the deliberation the two were released and given a restraining order barring them from the Binyamin area for 21 days. Currently a deliberation is taking place on the police request to extend the remand of another minor arrested at the site after the destruction.
