Trial of Yitzhar resident ended at K’far Saba Magistrate Court

Sunday, September 11 16:57 At the K’far Saba Magistrate Court the trial of “Y”, the Yitzhar resident accused of rioting during a protest that took place at the Yitzhar Junction approximately two years ago, ended. At the plea bargain reached by the two sides it was decided that “Y” would not be convicted but rather would perform community service. Judge Michael Karshen presided over the trial.
