Kfar Duma trial: confessions invalidated, deliberation on Sunday – POSTPONED

Saturday, June 23, 2018, 22:38 The deliberation on the release of the minor in the Kfar Duma trial that was scheduled to be held on Sunday, June 24 has been postponed. The deliberation is expected to take place at the Central District Court in Lod on Monday, June 25, at 12:30.
The deliberation is being held in light of invalidated confessions due to a court ruling that the methods GSS interrogators used on detainees in the Kfar Duma trial constitute torture.
