Boaz Albert to return home!
Wednesday, January 15, 16:26 On July 23, 2013 Boaz Albert, an agriculturalist and father of six residing in Yitzhar, was issued an administrative order banning him from entering his home in Yitzhar and all of Yehuda and Shomron. For six months Boaz Albert steadfastly refused to comply with the order issued by Major General Nitzan Alon. Albert refused to leave his home and was detained and released several times. Even after suffering shocks from a Taser gun in a violent detention on August 15, 2013 he refused to sign on the administrative order, choosing to remain in remand rather than acquiesce to an order he believes was issued only because of his public remarks against the policies of the IDF concerning combating terror, and not because of any illegal acts.. Albert is expected to be released to his home in Yitzhar in three days, on Sunday, January 19 after spending four months in remand. He was detained during the Succot holiday on September 24, 2013. Dozens of rabbis, Knesset members and other public figures will receive him at his home
